Riverfront 2 is the second stage of a masterplanned community facing both South Pine River and Albany Creek. Stage 2 involves the addition of 41 terraced houses adjacent and connected to Riverfront 1. As in stage 1, the client’s aspirations were to create a community orientated and sustainable development with careful consideration of the site and its surrounds. Themes from Riverfront 1 have been continued into Stage 2 with more of a terrace house configuration. The terraces have been organised into 5 series, each series offering terraces suitable to different lifestyles. Along with access to expansive communal green space, the terraces each have their own private gardens. Sustainable principles are also present in the design of the terrace houses. The terraces are a well-integrated and sustainably considered addition to the Riverfront project.
