PGA’s workplace is an open plan office for this innovative development company. The office takes full advantage of its northeast aspect and accompanying verandah. Materials are natural with ample wall space for the company’s considerable art collection.  

 

Eminence is conceived as a campus of small businesses flanked by landscaped recreational and meeting zones. PGA workplace is purposefully tight in scale allowing for overflow spaces throughout the building to be used for larger gatherings. As such this office is an exemplar of a new type of commerce in the city fringe.
