The Griffith University Corporate Services Hub project aims to transform approximately 1,000sqm of workspace into a cohesive, efficient, and modern environment.

The design will seamlessly integrate with the existing building fabric and the broader Nathan campus, creating an elegant and high-quality workspace. This refurbishment will address current challenges such as fragmented team locations, difficulties in accommodating growth, and legacy space configurations that do not support hybrid work models. Inspired by elements that reflect the ethos and aspirations of the workplace, the design will symbolise connection, biophilic design, and collaboration. It will integrate First Nations design elements, and specification of Supply Nation Certified products and finishes. This approach will create a nurturing environment that supports mental and physical health, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility and cultural respect. The workspace will feature dynamic collaboration spaces with views to the forest, meeting rooms, stand-up meeting areas, quiet zones, and ergonomic workstations. Additionally, staff will have access to a kitchen designed to foster informal and social connections, along with breakout spaces, utility areas, and lockers, all tailored to support an activity-based work environment.
