Situated in Teneriffe, Ellington was the first of the new apartment buildings in this urban renewal precinct.  

Ellington is a medium density development consisting of 180 units over three buildings. The buildings are located on Beetson Street, a quiet area of Teneriffe close to the river. The buildings are arranged around 3 external spaces – street, semi-public landscaped entry zone and the private pool and recreation area. The buildings were procured in 3 stages securing the amenity of each of these exterior spaces within each stage. The apartments are a range of 1 -3 beds. Privacy between apartments is facilitated by the skewed planning and the proliferation of landscape within the private courtyards. Ellington has remained a sought-after complex in Teneriffe, a testament to its considered design. This project was undertaken by Justin O’Neill as Director of Arkhefield.
