The Bowen Terrace apartment project is located towards the CBD end of New Farm, looking out directly over the Story Bridge. The project demanded converting a single storey conventional layout into a two-storey penthouse type apartment. The upper floor balcony was removed creating a two-storey void. Living, dining, bedroom and ensuite are positioned on the riverside with secondary living, and guest rooms located to the north. The finishes are all of the earth – predominately stone and timber. Technology is laced through the whole of the apartment with an extensive Building Management System operating entertainment, air, lighting, blinds, curtains, floor heating and security both internally and remotely.
