The 4‑Level Brisbane Workplace brings a previously dispersed workforce together into a unified, contemporary environment spanning four levels in the Brisbane CBD.

Guided by values of safety, connection and sustainability, the design
creates a calm, intuitive and uplifting interior shaped by soft geometries,
natural textures and welcoming communal spaces. Panoramic views of
the city and river are shared equitably through planning strategies that
draw daylight deep into the floorplate, complemented by verandah‑inspired
internal vistas that reflect Queensland’s architectural character.

A series of interconnected neighbourhoods supports focused work, team
collaboration and hybrid engagement, while inclusive amenities promote
wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging. The workplace has been
thoughtfully crafted through close collaboration across design, technology
and accessibility disciplines, resulting in a cohesive, future‑ready environment.
 

Sustainability principles underpin every aspect of the interior. Approximately
80% of the base‑building warm shell including ceilings and carpet was
retained, significantly reducing embodied carbon and construction waste.
The completed project enhances connection, supports contemporary ways
of working and sets a new benchmark for workplace design in Brisbane.
